This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Upper House Design via upperhousedesign.com. Please read this alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. At this time, we do not ship to international locations outside of Australia.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing and offer Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide.
The price you see on the product page is the final price (excluding applicable taxes). There are no hidden fees or surcharges for regional or remote areas.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note our processing and transit times below:
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST) Mon-Fri.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days depending on your location.
Please note: While we strive to meet these timeframes, transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-volume periods, or remote delivery locations.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In this case, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each item.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including Unit/Apartment numbers. Upper House Design is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship the item, but a reshipping fee may apply.
6. Loss, Damage, or Delays
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Duties & Taxes
For orders delivered to Australian customers, all applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. There are typically no additional duties payable upon receipt for standard orders.
